2020-02-03 Silvia Secchi is by far the most annoying prof I've had at the University of Iowa. She has ears like a bat and literally freaks out if you whisper. She jumps from random topics and goes way too in detail on some topics and doesn't even talk about some topics. Researchers Eric Tate & Silvia Secchi of the PPC's Environmental Policy Research program, were among the lead authors of the 2020 Iowa Climate Statement.
